Frequently asked questions
Why not redraw it yourself in SketchUp?
You can. But a three-storey terraced house easily takes an hour: copying dimensions, pulling up walls, cutting openings. We deliver that base so you start at the design.
Does this work with every Funda property?
Not every one. It works when the listing has a digital floor plan from the agent, or floor plan images we can measure. The free preview shows which of the two it is.
How do I get the model?
Within 5 minutes of payment we email you a .dae file. Check your spam folder too.
What if I do not receive the email?
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Email support@fundatosketchup.com with your payment confirmation.
Can I get the model again later?
Yes. We keep your model for 30 days. Email support@fundatosketchup.com with your order and we will send it again.
Which version of SketchUp do I need?
SketchUp Go, Pro or Studio, on the web or desktop. SketchUp Free (web) and SketchUp for iPad cannot open .dae files.
